General Rules: The child must be between the ages of 3 and 7 and weigh less than sixty (60) LBS.
Take a wool hold, the child May use one or two hands. With one-hand rides, receiving more points. The child must
ride for six (6) seconds to score and receive points. Sheep shall be in the
chute. Only one parent/guardian per child. No parents/guardians will be aloud to be on the
platforms behind the chute loading the kids. Parents/guardians will remain on the ground.

Named contestant, hereby release the Kingsmen Pro Rodeo Committee, its members, Stock
Contractors (selected by the Kingsmen Pro Rodeo Committee, or any of their sub-contractors),
Or Wrangler, anyone else associated with the above-named contestant in this children’s event.
I, , as a parent/guardian understand,
that if I am not able to meet at the designated area at the designated time my child will not be
riding during the rodeo, and I will not receive a refund.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK: The undersigned acknowledges that Rodeo is a dangerous activity and
that participation in the Rodeo, as a contestant, employee, or volunteer exposes the Participant to substantial
and serious risk of property damage, personal injury, or death. The undersigned expressly acknowledges that
his/her participation in the rodeo will involve such hazards.
Release of Sponsors: The undersigned, being fully aware that participation in the Rodeo will expose
him/her to a substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injuries, or death, hereby release all
sponsors from all liability for any and all property damages, personal injuries and other claims arising from the
undersigned’s participation in the Rodeo including those that are known and unknown, foreseen and
unforeseen, future or contingent.
Covenant not to sue: The undersigned, being fully aware that he/she shall not now or at any time in the
future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit, or another proceeding against the
sponsors (their officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates) concerning, arising out of, or related to the
actions, cause of action, claims and demands hereby waived, release or discharged by the undersigned.
Assurance: The undersigned has full power, authority, capacity, and right, without limitations, to execute,
deliver and perform this release.
This release has been carefully and fully read by the undersigned who understands its terms and conditions
and has voluntarily executed and delivered this release.
