We make our ticketing software for rodeos intuitive to use. We have tutorial videos for various features. These are located in our tutorial library accessible from your account. You can also see relevant tutorials on various pages using our software by clicking the “i” icon in the top right corner. Check out our YouTube channel for the latest Rodeo Ticket tutorials.
Start by creating your Rodeo Ticket account. Next, add your rodeo. If you have a general admission event, add event times and set pricing. Lastly, add a link to your website that directs to your Rodeo Ticket sales page. If you have an event with assigned seating contact us to get your seat map set up.
You can start selling tickets online as soon as you’ve added all your performances and ticket pricing. You can also set a specific open date. With scheduled open dates our software shows a countdown until ticketing opens and has a place where people can leave their email to be notified when ticketing opens.
It’s free to sell tickets with Rodeo Ticket’s software. We collect a service fee from your attendees when they buy tickets, so there’s no cost to you. Cash and check tickets never have a fee for your patrons, and comp tickets never have a fee either. In a way, it is better than free because we even pay your credit card fees for you out of the online fee we add to your patrons. That way if you are charging for example $25 you get the whole $25 and you pay us nothing.
No! We strive to keep your business by offering excellent service and low processing fees for your attendees. We do not require you to make any long-term commitments in order to use our services or to get our great rates.
Yes! Rodeo Ticket allows you to add your own custom questions to your ticketing page or registration form. You can also customize your form colors, edit your confirmation page, and add your own messaging to your confirmation email.
Of course! We can even import your existing attendees into our system, so you can manage all of your spectators with your Rodeo Ticket account as if the tickets were originally purchased at Rodeo Ticket. We make switching to Rodeo Ticket easy. Our team is happy to help you through the process.
No! We pride ourselves in having the simplest and easiest ticket sales process in the industry. You have control over what appears on your ticketing pages and registration forms. We also do not email third-party offers to your attendees. You have full control and ownership of your attendee list.
We use a simple, no-nonsense fee structure for tickets, products, and charitable donations:
By default, the online fee is passed along to your attendees as this is what over 99% of our customers prefer, but you do have the option to cover the fee if you would prefer. This would make it so if you list $25 the price would be $25 on the checkout without any online fees. The only possible extra is sales tax where applicable.
Yes! Rodeo Ticket offers an innovative product system that fully integrates with our software. You can sell merchandise or concessions online and in-person with our POS app. You can even select specific items to feature and sell in your ticket purchase or registration process.
You have full access and control over your ticket pricing. You can also set up automatic price increases and even separate prices for POS at the box office.
Yes! Email your spectators at no additional cost. You can even select your audience based on event time, order status, and more. We provide you with some templates if you would like a designed email without having to start from scratch. Keeping your spectators informed couldn’t be easier!
Yes! Our robust fundraising solution allows your spectators to set fundraising goals with friends and family for your charities. This can dramatically increase your rodeo's contribution to charity without costing the rodeo. You can also include opportunities to donate on your ticket purchase or registration forms.
Yes! If you want to allow ticket changes or other self-edits, you can allow attendees to change their seats or even which performance they are attending as long as there are seats and tickets available. You can also allow spectators to defer their ticket to next year if you wish. You can even add a fee for these changes. Turning on these self-service options reduce how much customer support you do.
Funds are disbursed bi-monthly via check or direct deposit.
Yes! If your rodeo spans several days, spectators can buy tickets for multiple performances with one payment.
